Q: What do you love most about what you do?
A: I love the fact that I often change (for the better) the life of the people that come to see me, particularly those with hair loss issues. The psychological significance of hair is huge, and to resolve these problems is an unprecedented morale boost.
Q: What is the most important piece of advice you would give to people regarding care of the scalp and hair?
A: The most important aspect of hair care is frequent shampooing- preferably daily.

A: When I met Audrey Hepburn in 1974 and achieved what she desired for her hair by creating, for her, the first pre-shampoo deep remoisturizing treatment- eventually named Elasticizer!
